I did not like anything. Too small, too dusty and the drawers were broken. I told one of the guys and i also sent two emails but no-one answered to me. Very, very poor service. One day one of the drawers fell on my left toe. I made it present but no feedback. Area not really comfortable with public transport. Yes, there is the bus and the train but no tube which i find more comfortable to go aroudn London.
Poor communication.
Furniture broken.
Washing machine not working and i we called they sent someone who did not solve the issue.
Never replied to my emails.
The only thing, the couple downstairs were very nice but has nothing to do with the management of these rooms.
